My truck was in for a GM recall; Mark the customer service rep, was very thorough in prep my truck for the technician to work on it, floor mat and seat cover to protect the vehicle. Also a shuttle service took me back to my house so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealer, since the recall was going to take about 3 hours. When the truck was ready Mark called me and the truck was ready when I arrived.
