Nobody likes change. Over the years, I developed a strong bond with your service staff. Frankly, I was rather upset with their departure. The jury is still out on the new staff. However, at my recent visit I appreciated Service Advisor Joe Venezia's attention and courtesy. As I was waiting for my truck, he made sure that it was promptly taken in and worked on. I was in and out in about an hour, which was quite reasonable. He also thoroughly went over what was done, and what will need to be done in the future. As time goes by, hopefully I can develop the same confidence and relationaship that I had with the former Service Department personnel.
