I went there to have a front leveling kit installed in my Colorado. I was told by Vince that it is no problem. I dropped it off and was told later that the mechanic could nor get it in. I have done them myself in the past, it is not difficult. I would have done it myself this time but I no longer have a car lift in my garage since I moved. I was offered double points with GM in the month of May thought it would be a no brained. I know how flat rate mechanics make money, and it is obvious he didn’t want to take the time and disconnect the upper ball joint to make it work. Then when I came in to get the truck I asked the service manager if they checked the alignment after it’s disassembly, he said no. He checked it out and it was out of spec. Really, I had to ask? Now I had to leave it there again to be aligned. Everyone was super nice and polite, but that didn’t get my job done
