Caren was very helpful when it came to getting a vehicle that I wanted, on top of being comfortable and safe in. Even though it is a lease, I love the Equinox very much! I would recommend more people in the future to Cappellino Chevrolet!
i have a problem with the TV you have to watch while waiting for over an hour to change an air filter. You could not change the station. You could not even hear what was saying on the TV. The shows which were shown were stupid. Plus the seats are too close to the TV. You have to strain your neck to watch.
I am a new customer and at the end of the deal requested a free oil change and did not receive one after spending thousands of dollars, sent Mr. Cappellino an email and he didn't respond to it either. Very, very poor customer relationship experience I am undergoing, causes me to wonder if all new customers are treated this badly or is it just me?

Well I spent a lot of $ on diagnosis and new spark plugs which did not solve the chronic problem of the engine light coming on and off. They tell me it is 'lean' code, we have tried a couple things like different gas and nothing seems to work. I will be taking car back in next week to try again. I hope my great mechanics can figure it out. Going back again and again is frustrating and expensive. Love my car and not ready to replace it just yet!
