Confirmed Service Customer
This is the 2nd time Ive had an awful experience for a service visit, on a car that just turned 1. An oil change and an inspection. What should have been very simple, turned to irritation. So far you are 2 for 2. 1- Oil change - Oil left all over driver door handle, inside of driver door, driver passenger door handle, and steering wheel. Not ok! Also terrible communication with your newest service advisor. The service manager came in and saved the day at the end which is why I attempted the Inspection appointment. 2- Inspection- Lacking communication from that same advisor on all levels, from the 1st appointment. Then the car was parked at end of lot between 3 bus's, while I was waiting for the car. Why, put me in the hunt to find my car when its completed and Im waiting for it??? The customer service needs to be addressed. Its the small details that are easy and mindless. Why not provide it? If I make another appointment here Ill request the service mgr again for a more pleasant experience.
