It was fine. I needed an oil change and it was done. It took a bit longer than I expected but that was also fine. I dropped off the car the night before for a 10am appointment and picked it up around 1pm. There were no envelopes to put my key in at the drop off, that should be addressed.

Put my 2021 Tahoe in for inspection, oil change, rotation, recalls and diagnose noise and jerky transmission. After 24 hours having my vehicle, all that was done was oil change and rotation. They had no personnel available to do the work requested.
